  Excellent food and service, every time. Jill and Johnny (the owners) are often around making everyone feel welcome. Surprisingly good seafood for a BBQ smokehouse that's not coastal. And do yourself a favor: try the brisket.

  No need to go anywhere else! Wow! If you are looking for some down home cooking with a fresh delicious flavor, this is the place. The meat on the ribs FALL OFF THE BONE!
  
  The staff and owners are so friendly and the atmosphere of the restaurant is down right comfy and inviting.
  
  Give it a try and you will opt out of going to Longhorn or any of those run of the mill places. You won't be disappointed.

  This place is about 6 miles from the Interstate, and well worth the drive. The brisket is amazing. I ordered the brisket nachos... next time it will be just brisket! I ordered the BBQ sampler with chicken, pork, and ribs. The ribs were just incredible. There were just four bones, but there was more meat than I have been served on twice that many before. Chicken was also incredible. The pork was also good, but not the stand out the other meats were. The collard greens were perfect. Get the Coke Cake for dessert. Save more room than I did. I will be back, and I will try the Redneck Rueben next time.

  Best barbecue around. Everything is phenomenal! My husband loves the tri-tips and I love the pulled pork but everything is amazing. The owners are lovely people, and they locally source their food never using farm raised fish.
