  The food is horrible. The first time we order the food was decent and since then it's been horrible. On two separate occasions the food we were given was barely cooked and raw. And both times they missed giving us part of our order. The girls who answer the phones are rude and don't have any customer service at all. I was going to give this place one last try but didn't even manage to place my order because they were rude. Needless to say I will not be giving this business anymore of our money. Oh and they call this New York style pizza it is far from it. I am from New Jersey and have been to New York many many times and this doesn't even come close to New York style pizza. This place is a disgrace.

  The chicken parmesan is wonderful. And the waiter named David is very attentive to all his customers and he is a hard worker. I wish all the employees here would learn from him. Rachel has terrible customer service skills. She kept forgetting to bring the creamer for my husband.
  
  The food here is delicious. The service depends on who the server is at that time.

  Buyer Beware!!! Tonight my husband and I went to this alleged Italian restaurant and spent $52 on a pizza and wings for our kids for dinner! My son did great job at school and he wanted wings and pizza so this was his reward. I know you might not care about that,but I do I'm a proud mom! We got home and our wings were in two separate containers. One of the containers had the sauce that we requested(creole spice chili) the other had no sauce!!! We don't live just right down the street from this establishment, so we called right away! They told us that there was nothing they could do they would have someone deliver us sauce!! Why would I want you to deliver me sauce!?!?? I ordered take out for a reason!! Not to have to have you deliver me sauce so I can mix it up myself?!??? I got angry and by the several refusals to correct anything, I said I spent $52 f*cking dollars and my gas money to give to you and you don't intend on correcting the issue. He then proceeds to tell me to be quite...watch my language. My husband works hard for our money we don't like to throw it away on mistakes so I'll cuss if I want too. My husband proceeds to drive back down there where they still deny the mistake even with the chicken there for them to see with their own two eyes. The owner begins to argue with my husband while several drunk people at this mans bar also begin arguing with my husband. His drunk granddaughter proceeded to approach my husband and my husband told her to sit down and stay out of his business. They then proceeded to take the now cold chicken and just pour sauce on it. We deserved fresh after all of that drama! That is my last trip there. The owner was extremely unprofessional and is running a terrible business. Also the pizza is not New York style my husband is from Brooklyn and know his pizza. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. God forbid they mess up they'll blame it on you and refuse to correct it to keep your business.
