    What a wonderful experience! I was a little undecided about what exactly it was that I wanted. The Manager at the counter, Anna, was quick to inquire and engage with me and we had some good little laughs. She made sure I had exactly what I wanted after wanting to make a slight modification to a menu item.
    I've spent nearly 5 years working in quick service restaurants and nearly 5 years working in full service restaurants. Her personality and hospitality exceeds what would be considered standard. Extremely friendly. I can honestly say this is the best Arby's experience I've ever had. Kinda wierd because I never expected to be so please with just a quick stop in for a meal while on the road. If I lived here, id definitely be back.
